Karl Pfister
Founder, CEO
Karl has helped over five hundred students become developers. He has been doing iOS development for the past four years and is a graduate of a coding BootCamp! Prior to joining the Bootcamp world, Karl worked with Apple Inc. where he was responsible for creating a culture of learning and communication. He led any formal training created by Apple and fostered the culture for all new employees. As an iOS developer, he has worked on multiple projects in the Utah valley.
Max Poffenbarger
Instructor
Max first gained an interest in software development while pursuing a minor in Business. Deciding to take coding on as a full time job, he then attended a boot camp for iOS development. Upon completion, he did development contract work, before eventually returning to teach at the boot camp. After becoming the head instructor, he left to work at Bottle Rocket, a software development firm based out of Texas. After a couple years at Bottle Rocket, he returned to his true passion: teaching others.
Max and his wife have two children, his proudest accomplishments.
